住民美化活動

Community Clean-up

毎月第２土曜日は住民清掃活動の日です。シーレイク公園や自宅前の道路の清掃にご協力ください。

The second Saturday of every month is Resident Cleanup Day. Please join us clean up Sea Lake Park and the street in front of your home.

ゴミの出し方

How to Dispose of Garbage

猫やカラスが散らかさないように蓋付のゴミ箱を設置し、決められた日の朝に必ず読谷村指定のゴミ袋に入れて出しましょう。

Please install trash cans with lids in front of your house, and be sure to place them in Yomitan Village designated trash bags on the morning of the designated day.

住民駐車場

Resident parking lot

駐車スペースがない場合は住民駐車場に駐車して下さい。緊急の場合等はご近所にご迷惑をおかけしない様駐車してください。

If you don't have a space to park, Please park on the resident parking lot. In case of an emergency,Please park your vehicle so as not to disturb your neighbors.

住民集会

Residents meeting

毎月第１木曜日の夕方7時より住民集会所でシーレイク施設のミーティングがあり、会員の方は自由にご参加いただけます。

Meetings of the Sea LakeResidents are held on the first Thursday evening of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the SeaLake Community House, and resident's members are free to attend.

共益費（施設管理費、維持費:年間６,０００円）をお支払いいただいている会員様向けの施設や機材の無料レンタルを開始しました。

If you are not sure if you have a membership, please ask your house management company or the owner.

美しく住み良い住環境維持や住民コミュニティーの運営、住民サービスなどのために共益費を徴収しております。

We charge a common service fee to maintain a beautiful and livable living environment, manage the community, and provide services to residents.

愛犬家の皆さまへ

To Dog Owners

犬のお散歩にはリードをつけ、必ず犬のフンの後始末をしましょう。ドッグラン以外では　リードを外さないでください。良い隣人としてマナーを守りましょう

Always walk your dog on a leash and clean up after your dog's feces. Do not take your dog off leash except at the dog run. Be a good neighbor and mind your manners.
